Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tenantlee application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tenantlee Ltd (“Tenantlee”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

To use Tenantlee, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If we discover that a user does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account.

When you create an account on Tenantlee, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse, or pose a risk to the community

Tenantlee allows users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you agree that:

• Your reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience
• Content must not be defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
• You must not post fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews
• You must not include personal information about others without their consent

Tenantlee reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, without prior notice.

Tenantlee may display verification badges, trust scores, and other indicators on user profiles and reviews. These signals are provided for informational purposes only.

• Verification indicators reflect checks we have performed but do not constitute a guarantee of identity or accuracy
• Tenantlee does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of every review or property listing
• Users should exercise their own judgement when making decisions based on information found on the Platform

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Tenantlee:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Spamming, including unsolicited messages or content
• Impersonation of another person, entity, or organisation
• Manipulation of reviews, ratings, or trust signals
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

All Tenantlee branding, logos, design, software, and platform content are the intellectual property of Tenantlee Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Tenantlee. However, by submitting content, you grant Tenantlee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

Tenantlee may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure
• Google OAuth — for sign-in services
• External websites or resources linked from within the Platform

Tenantlee is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenantlee Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Tenantlee (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Tenantlee may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your conduct poses a risk to other users or the Platform
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Platform.

Your continued use of Tenantlee after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
